This is for you ...

You’re feeling stretched thin, successful on the outside but quietly disconnected on the inside, and you long to feel steady, clear, and fully yourself again.
This retreat with horses, nature, mindfulness, and authentic connections is where you will Return to Self.
Not all retreats create lasting change ... this one is intentionally designed to do just that.
This Colorado equine-assisted retreat offers a unique opportunity to reset your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and rediscover clarity through experiential work with horses. Set in the peaceful mountain landscape of Guffey, Colorado, the retreat blends equine-assisted learning, somatic practices, breathwork, and guided reflection to support meaningful personal transformation. Through partnership with horses, time in nature, and a supportive small-group environment, participants gain new insight, deepen self-awareness, and develop tools for living and leading with greater steadiness and authenticity.
What makes this retreat different?
More than time away
Guided by Horses

Horses respond to presence, not performance.
Through equine-assisted experiences, you’ll receive immediate, honest feedback about how you show up, revealing patterns that are often impossible to see on your own.
You don’t just talk about change.
You experience it.

Somatic & Nervous System Based

This retreat is grounded in neuroscience and somatic practice helping you move beyond insight into lasting integration.
Through breathwork, embodied practices, and experiential learning, you’ll learn how to regulate stress, and increase resilience.
Lead your life from steadiness
rather than survival mode.

The Power of Colorado

Surrounded by wide skies, mountains, and open space, your system naturally begins to slow down, creating the conditions for restoration, reflection, and meaningful change.
Nature becomes part of the process.

Led by the HRD. (Heather, Roz, Danielle)

Together, Heather, Roz, and Danielle bring decades of combined experience in equine-assisted learning, somatic coaching, neuroscience, and leadership development.
Their collaborative approach creates a retreat that is both deeply supportive and profoundly transformative.

Balancing structure, safety, and spaciousness
throughout the experience.
Imagine waking up each day supported by a rhythm that allows you to slow down, reconnect, and fully arrive in yourself.

Daily Rhythms
Days that breathe with you ...
Each day will open with the opportunity for yoga, meditation, breathwork.
After a nourishing breakfast we'll have an equine assisted activity with the group to work on regulation and life alignment.

After lunch we will offer options for quiet time at the ranch or other activities such as horseback riding, reiki, nature walks / hiking, massage, 1-1 coaching (with or without the horses), etc.

In the early evening there will be another opportunity for yoga, meditation, or breathwork followed by a delicious dinner.
Evenings will be capped off with a ceremony (fire, cacao, full moon...)
Spacious enough to soften.
Structured enough to grow.
