HRD Retreats - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending any retreat offered by HRD Retreats, participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all retreats, workshops, and experiences offered through this website or affiliated booking platforms.

Participation in a retreat indicates that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Retreat Experience

HRD Retreats offers experiential wellness retreats that may include:

  • equine-assisted learning experiences

  • somatic practices and nervous system regulation techniques

  • mindfulness, breathwork, and reflective practices

  • nature-based experiences and group learning

These retreats are designed for personal growth and education, not medical or psychological treatment.

HRD Retreat facilitators are not acting as licensed medical or mental health providers unless explicitly stated.

Participation is voluntary and participants remain responsible for their own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.

3. Participant Responsibility

By attending a retreat, participants agree that they:

  • are responsible for their own physical and emotional wellbeing

  • will follow safety instructions from retreat facilitators

  • will respect fellow participants, facilitators, animals, and property

  • will inform facilitators of any relevant medical or physical limitations

Participants who behave in a way that endangers themselves, others, or the animals may be asked to discontinue participation without refund.

4. Equine Activity Acknowledgement

Some HRD Retreat experiences include interaction with horses.

Participants acknowledge that equine activities involve inherent risks, including the unpredictable nature of animals.

By participating in these activities, participants voluntarily assume all associated risks.

Participants agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by facilitators and ranch staff.

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Participants confirm that they are physically and emotionally able to participate in retreat activities.

Participants should consult with their healthcare provider before attending if they have concerns regarding participation.

Participants agree to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their safety or participation.

A retreat registration is confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.

Pricing and deposit requirements will be outlined on the retreat registration page.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
