Spending time with horses in nature, in the beautiful mountains of Colorado, you can't help but slow down. You'll work with horses on the ground (non-riding) to foster personal growth, mental wellness, and deep introspection. Your guides will provide enough structure for growth, and enough unstructured time for pure relaxation and integration.
Neuroscience helps you understand the patterns of behavior that keep you from moving your life forward in the direction you really want to go. It might seem like outside forces are holding you back, but in actuality the sabotage usually comes from deep within. (Trust us, we've been there!) The work in Somatics helps you really feel this in your body and allows you to start to recognize self-sabotaging feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. With our NeuroSomatic process (Awaken, Align, Integrate) we help you recognize patterns (Awaken), modify behavior to align actions with true desire (Align), and re-write your own script (Integrate).
Yes. In this Colorado equine retreat a lot of the work you will do is personal and internal. Sometimes coming alone is the deepest way to work. But don't worry, from the moment you arrive you will be supported. The environment is designed to feel warm, grounded, and inclusive. Shared meals, small group experiences, and plenty of space for both conversation and quiet reflection make connection natural, never forced.
You'll be supported, welcomed, and never pressured to engage beyond what feels right for you.
